We'd highly recommend renting from Asquith Homes, the house was lovely, and any issues we had they were quick to respond and sort efficiently. They communicated with us throughout the tenancy and made renting easy. From the viewing process to moving out we knew what to expect and everything was completed smoothly.

We needed a property to rent at short notice whilst some building work was being completed on our home. The process was undertaken by really efficient staff and we had signed the tenancy agreement within a week. Any request was dealt with immediately for example a dripping tap, a plumber was out within 24 hours. The property was clean and appliances in working order and any dealing with either the letting agency or the landlord were dealt with in a respectful manner. The flat is central to town but I felt safe and secure which was a real positive given my husband at times works away therefore, I was on my own. I felt secure in the sense that if there had of been any issues and/or I was concerned these would be dealt with promptly.

As a family of four, we have been in our rental property for many years.
We would definitely say that Asquith Homes Customer Service is right at the top of the list, and we have always known that our rental property is in good hands.
The staff there have always listened to our requirements and delivered on promises.
Jean one of the members of staff who we have usually dealt with has always been attentive and responded to communication quickly and efficiently, and gone out of her way to help.
We will continue to live in our home with Asquith Homes for many years and would definitely recommend them as a great service.
