Referencing for one tenant (identity, immigration confirmation, financial credit checks, references from current and previous landlords/employers and any other relevant information to assess affordability) - £125.00 inclusive of VAT.
Referencing for two tenants (identity, immigration confirmation, financial credit checks, references from current and previous landlords/employers and any other relevant information to assess affordability) - £75.00 inclusive of VAT.
Upon satisfactory references, we charge a Tenant's Start of Tenancy Fee of £50.00 inclusive of VAT to cover 1 or 2 tenants.
If a Guarantor is required, a charge of £35.00 inclusive of VAT is also applicable per application, per property.
Permitted Occupier Fee for one person to draw up a permitted occupier arrangement which explains their rights and responsibilities towards the named tenant - £30.00 inclusive of VAT.
This fee may be applicable if a change to the tenancy is required mid-term. This may be due to a change in personal circumstances and/or a request to leave the tenancy early is agreed prior to the end of the tenancy agreement (this is subject to consent).
It is the responsibility of the tenant to take contents insurance out at the time of signing up for a property. A copy of this contents cover must be supplied when taking signing the agreement to lease the property.
The first month's rent and bond are payable upfront on the day the Tenancy commences.
Interest will be charged at 8% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due on any arrears. Unpaid rent is classed as arrears from the first day immediately after the rent due date.
